Gets the current second.
int GetTimeSecond();
Description
Returns the current second as an integer value between 0 and 59.
Remarks
For getting the real server time you can use sqlquery eg:
SqlPrepareQueryObject(GetModule(), "SELECT STRFTIME(@fmt, 'now', 'localtime')")
