Gets the current millisecond.
int GetTimeMillisecond();
Description
Returns the current millisecond as an integer between 0 and 999.
Remarks
For counting how long a script runs see GetMicrosecondCounter instead of using this, which can help detect very small script timings (sub-millisecond).
For getting the real server time you can use sqlite eg:
SqlPrepareQueryObject(GetModule(), "SELECT STRFTIME(@fmt, 'now', 'localtime')")
