Returns TRUE on successful use of such a talent, FALSE otherwise.

Remarks

Part of Bioware’s default AI. In non-SoU, this function is in nw_i0_generic. In SoU, it is in x0_i0_talent. Even for SoU users, including nw_i0_generic will work though.
